I attended Liberal High School and then went to K-State! Go Cats!

BS in Elementary Education

BS in Family Studies and Human Services

Professional Development:

I’m trained in OG phonics, as well as a brain balance program called Ballavisx. I’ve also been trained in a Dyslexia program called LETRS.

Current Position:

This is my 6^th year at St. Mark’s! I’m lucky enough to get to teach 2^nd grade again this year! I taught Pre-K and First Grade for many years before this.

Previous Position:

I taught in the Manhattan Catholic Schools and Wichita Public Schools for 5 years and then got to stay home with my daughters for a few years. I most recently was a substitute teacher at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton for 6 years, teaching Pre-K through 8^th grade.

I’m married to Matt for 23 years and have 3 girls: Molly is a senior at Bishop Carroll, Ella is a sophomore at Bishop Carroll, and Allie is in 8^th grade at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. We also have 2 miniature poodles named Georgia and Phineas.
